NIKIA SPOTTS, EXECUTIVE CHEF & OWNER
Noire Chef Boston is a catering company & donut shop owned and operated by Chef Nikia Spotts, a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the food and hospitality industry. Her passion for food ignited at a young age and has only flourished over the years.
She pursued her culinary aspirations by enrolling at Johnson & Wales University, where she earned a BS in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management and an MBA in Hospitality Management.
Chef Nikia has an impressive professional background, having worked at renowned establishments such as The Catered Affair, Deuxave, Kate's Table, Restaurant Associates, and Lombardo's Wedding & Events Venue. During the pandemic, Chef Nikia founded Noire Chef Bakery, offering over 60 unique donut flavors. She was also featured as a Chef for Black History Month with Ocean Spray, showcasing her exceptional skills and culinary expertise.
In 2022, she left her full-time job to establish Noire Chef Boston with a primary focus on providing clients with an exceptional hospitality & culinary experience.​ Since establishing her business, Chef Nikia has collaborated with a variety of personal clients and organizations, including lululemon, Embrace Boston, Wellesley College, CRICO, MIT, and the Museum of African American History.
